The tough, durable shell and adjustable suspension system work together to help absorb the impact of small falling objects and help protect workers from bumping into fixed objects. The Suspension sits lower on the head to help reduce pressure and increase security. Uvicator™ sensor lets wearer know when to replace hard hat due to UV exposure.

Enhanced comfort and fit
Featuring a four-point ratchet or pinlock suspension system, these full brim hard hats are adjustable, delivering a comfortable, secure fit that helps reduce discomfort and slippage. Soft brow pads cushion the forehead and are removable for easy replacement.

3M™ UVicator™ Sensor
Optional UVicator™ sensor lets wearer know when to replace hard hat due to UV exposure. UV light can cause the hard hat shell to become brittle. When exposed to UV light outdoors, 3M(TM) UVicator(TM) turns from red to white, indicating that the hard hat protection may be compromised and should be replaced.

Electrical rated options
Non-vented hard hat meet the ANSI Z89.1 Class G and E for protection against electrical contact.

Customizable options
For added versatility, the hard hat features accessory slots to accommodate 3M’s cap mounted ear-muffs, headgear, faceshields, and welding helmets (all sold separately). This hard hat is designed for industrial applications with personal protective equipment (PPE) compatibility in mind. All H-800 Series Full Brim Hard Hats can be customized with a logo of your choice.
